Frédéric Redon, an agronomist and holder of the National Diploma in Oenology from the University of Bordeaux, has a wealth of professional experience both in France and internationally.
Dynamic, passionate, and forward-looking, Frédéric is committed as Technical Director to further elevate Château Moulinet towards excellence, guided by a philosophy rooted in respect for the material and a natural, sensitive approach.
On a daily basis, Frédéric is supported by an experienced internal team: Montserrat, Marius and Hervé, who together bring nearly fifteen years of experience within the estate.
Versatile and with complementary areas of expertise, the Château Moulinet team is involved in both the vineyard and the winery. Whether it's performing vineyard work, managing vinification, overseeing aging, or preparing orders, their know-how is a key component in the success of each vintage.
A tailor-made support
Additionally, the Château Moulinet team works closely with the consulting firm Derenoncourt Consultants and benefits from the expert advice of oenologist Frédéric Massie throughout the winemaking process.
